No Refund Policy for 30-Minute Q&A Session

All confirmed scheduled 30-minute Q&A sessions are non-refundable. This is because we reserve a specific time slot for each session and cannot fill it with another customer if you cancel.

We understand that things come up and we ask that you reschedule your session within 30 days. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us within 24 hours of your missed session and use our schedule calendar to check available slots to request a new time slot. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours will forfeit your payment. If you cancel your session with less than 12 hours notice, you will forfeit your payment.
